15 musicians from Manchester played for the earthquake victims in Nepal and the concert was streamed world-wide (even before the streaming phenomenon during covid-19 times)!

Tune-In Nepal was a charity concert project initiated by Victor Lim and Fingertips co-founder Chiahu Lee, both musicians from the Royal Northern College of Music at the time in Manchester, UK. The concert itself was a huge collaboration of musicians from the at RNCM to help raise money for the British Red Cross in Nepal.

The concert was held on 31st May 2015, at St. Peter’s House Church & Chaplaincy in Manchester, and streamed world-wide at the same time on youtube! It attracted viewers from all over the world including Colombia, Singapore, Taiwan, Canada, U.S.A, Latvia, Luxembourg, Belgium and the UK. With the support and contribution of everyone involved, the project raised a total amount of £1150 for the earthquake victims in Nepal. 

The fantastic array of performers who volunteered to perform were: Amici Trio, Adele Xiang, Yulia Vershinina, Pola Kompf, Ewa Tytman Csiba, Xiang Ting Chen, Aaron Chen, Abel Solaocoe, Leif Kaner-Lidstrom, Maria-Elena Farrugia, Jo-Yee Cheung, Philip Brett and Alexander Panfilov.
