Almost 500 people attended our very first charity concert at the Auditorium of the Conservatoire de Luxembourg, and we managed to raise an amount of 5150€ for the Foyer St. Antoine, a home for asylum-seekers.
It was the very first time we consciously contributed to society with our music, the first time we realised how easy it actually was to set something up, and the first time Fingertips Piano Duo (today, the founders of Fingertips ASBL) performed publicly. It was also the first time, Shaun appeared in the newspaper!
We were very grateful to Caritas Luxembourg for collaborating with us. Without them, this could not have taken place at all. Special thanks to Marcello Ranieri for designing the artwork (back then, we didn’t know we actually had some designing skills on our own) and BIL (Banque Internationale à Luxembourg) for sponsoring the whole thing.
